Return & Exchange Policy

We pack all orders with love and hope you will enjoy your purchase. In order to maintain the integrity of our skincare items, unfortunately our products are not subjected to return. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reason, We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We do accept returns should it be an error at our end and exchange if the item is defective or damaged. Any returns or exchange will be replaced with the same item, subjected to inspection of the item. There is no refund for shipping cost, but we will gladly pay return shipping cost.
 
Please email us at support@kokoronatural.com (with your name, order number and date of purchase) for return/exchange approval and further instructions within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
